Welcome to the Bellevue Ohio Fire Department Website

This website is made in the hopes of helping Bellevue residents and others become familiar with fire prevention and also to introduce you to the services that the Bellevue Fire Department performs for its community.

Fire prevention will pay off in the peace of mind you have in knowing that you are prepared for fire, should it happen in your home or business.

Most fires occur because the public is indifferent toward good fire prevention practices. 70% of the fires that occur in homes and buildings can be attributed to carelessness. Many others are caused by faulty equipment which could or should have been recognized and repaired. These are needless fires, the kind that can be prevented if each of us takes the time to practice fire safety in our home or place of business.

Fire prevention may save your life or those of your loved ones.

Bellevue Emergency Siren Alert

Disaster Emergency sirens are tested at 11 am on Saturdays. The long test occurs on the first Saturday of each month. If the siren goes off at any other time there is an emergency.

A long, steady wail means all clear; emergency is over or emergency is under control. Emergency traffic will interrupt Continental CableVision Broadcasts on all channels. Also, tune into WNRR 92.1 FM radio for local information.
